Organoleptic characteristics: The wine has a pale straw yellow color with golden nuances, fine and persistent perlage and good effervescence. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasant aromas with hints of floral bouquet; well balanced, soft and justly savory to the palate.
Combinings: To be drunk with every meal, perfect use also as aperitif.
