Grapes: Chardonnay 100%.
Production area: 8 hectares.
Type of land: Morainic terrestrial grounds with presence of skeleton.
Systematizes of breeding: Guyot.
Density plant: 4.500 fetterses for hectare.
Made per hectare: 90 quintals.
Harvest period: End of August.
Grapes: Manually picked with selection of clusters; 60% of grapes soft pressing in press pneumatic,fermention in steel to checked temperature:remaining 40% fermentation in news barriques.
Finement: 7 months in steel or in barriques.
Second fermentation: during spring after harvest.
Refinement on the yeasts: At least 36 months.
Limited production: 5.000 bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics: shiny golden yellow colour, exuberant and consistent to nose perlage, intense and persuasive with spicy floreal and bread crust inklings. It's dry, elegant and considerably persisting to palate.
Combinings: First plate, fish, white meats and cheese.
