Grapes: Pinot noir 55% Chardonnay 45%
Production area: 8 hectares
Type of land: Morainic terrestrial grounds with presence of skeleton.
Systematizes of breeding: Guyot.
Density plant: 4.500 fetterses for hectare.
Made per hectare: 90 quintals.
Harvest period: End of August - beginning september
Grapes: Manually picked with selection of the clusters, soft pressing in pneumatic press, fermentation in steel at checked temperature.
Finement: 7 months in steel
Second fermentation: during spring after harvest.
Refinement on the yeasts: At least 24 months.
Limited production: 8.000 bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics: pink colour with copper reflections, intense bouquet smoothly fragrant. Small fruits inkling, ribes, small strawberries and a pleasant smoked inkling.
Full to the palate, with a good body and right softness.
Combinings: Excellent as aperitif with appetizers but also with seafood and with red meats.
