"Wine is love poetry"

...so wrote Mario Soldati, perhaps referring to the fact that the word "wine" and the name "Venus" share the same Sanskrit root, that of "love". It's common knowledge that only a beautiful land can yield a very good wine, and beautiful indeed are the sunny hills of our native Franciacorta.
