Filippo Ambrosini

Dosaggio Zero Nihil is the last wine added to our product line. It aims at quality without compromises by not adding any sugar during the disgorging phase (nihil, from latin nothing) following to the desire of producing a completely natural wine, in perfect harmony with Franciacorta tradition.

Filippo, precisely like Dosaggio Zero Nihil, is the youngest Ambrosini. Cheerful, extrovert, dynamic and trustworthy, he is assigned the task of tackling the future and promoting the family business, taking it to the world “without additives” and without betraying the family values.
