The wines and the cellar

The wine cellar is right at the center of the vineyards and equipped with cutting edge machinery.
Vinification uses modern techniques of cold maceration, temperature is kept under control during all production phases and inert gas is used to magnify wine aroma. Our research, scientific and sensorial, aims at combining wine tasting notes with the natural elements of the region, celebrating the colors, the winter rarified atmosphere, the summer lights, because everything is already written in the soil!

Our vine growing methodology ensures a proper soil preparation and vines pruning in an environmentally friendly way to meet the target quality. Perfectly ripe grapes are carefully selected and hand picked; this and the low volume production ensures the superior quality of the grapes which are soft pressed so that only free-run juice is extracted.
Special care is taken during yeast aging, always maintaining a constant temperature of 15°.

The company is compliant with regulations regarding the reduction of environmental impact and uses clean energy coming from solar plants. The objective is to do precision vine growing always using cutting edge techniques in farming and oenology.
